Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the YBES platform at ybes.live, operated by Ruminuz Digital Pvt Ltd ("YBES", "we", "us", or "our"), CIN U62011KL2024PTC089683, registered office at 2211, 2/1149/1 100, Hilite Business Park, Iringallur, Kozhikode – 673014, Kerala, India.

1. The short version
- Start free. No payment, no risk.
- Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
- You can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move to the Free plan.
2. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing. You can use it for as long as you like within its limits. Since there's no payment, there's nothing to refund.
3. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter and Growth) are billed in advance — monthly or annually — through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Subscription fees, once paid, are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and annual payments. We do not offer pro-rata or partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
We encourage you to start on the Free plan and upgrade only when you're confident YBES is right for your business.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your dashboard.
- Cancellation stops your next renewal charge.
- You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- There are no cancellation fees.
5. Message credits and top-ups
Message credits — including any top-up credits you purchase — are consumable and non-refundable, whether used or unused. Credits may expire as described at the time of purchase or in your plan terms.
6. Annual plans
Annual plans are offered at a discount equivalent to two months free. Because the discount is applied upfront, annual fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through the year. You keep access for the full annual period you paid for.
7. Exceptional cases
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in genuine exceptional circumstances — for example, a duplicate charge or a verified billing error on our side. Such cases are handled individually and are not a commitment to refund in other situations.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@ybes.in and we will investigate.
8. How to cancel
- Log in to your YBES dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Select "Cancel plan" and confirm.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Free.
